PD186R3-CS020419April 19, 2002 T H E: C I T Y 0 F COPiSEI £ Mr. Brook Barefoot Duke Realty Corporation 5495 Beltline Road, Suite 360 Dallas, TX 75254 RE: Case No. PD-186R3~ Duke-Freeport Dear Brook: This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-186R3, Duke-Freeport, zoning change request from PD- 186R2 (Planned Development-186R2) to PD-186R3 (Planned Development-186R3) to consider a revised Concept Plan for Building 3 to reduce the required parking on approximately 13.8 acres of property located along the west side of Freeport Parkway, north of Bethel Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 18, 2002, with no additional conditions, other than what's noted on the Concept Plan as follows: "The parking for a warehouse use may be reduced to a maximum ratio of one space per 5,000-square feet. In the event that the demand for parking increases due to the occupancy characteristics of the building, additional parking shall be provided, while meeting the requirements of the Landscape Ordinance in effect at the time that the Detail Plan is approved". The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department four folded copies of all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday, May 1st.
