NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public heating on
Thursday, the 18th day of April, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-186R3, Duke-Freeport, zoning change request from
PD-186R2 (Planned Development-186R2) to PD-186R3 (Planned Development-186R3) to
consider a revised Concept Plan for Building 3 to reduce the required parking on approximately
13.8 acres of property located along the west side of Freeport Parkway, north of Bethel Road, at
the request of Duke Realty Corporation. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen
of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by
letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.

186R3) to consider a revised Concept Plan for Building 3 to reduce the required parking on
