Grinager 424 Cozby Avenue Coppell, Texas 75019 SUBJECT: ZC-559, NCH PROPERTY, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COPPELL AND RUBY ROADS Dear Mr. Grinager: In response to your request for information related to the above mentioned parcel, I offer the following comments. Question: When NCH purchased the property, what was the zoning on the entire four parcels as shown on the tax rolls? Answer: Presuming the property was purchased in 1980, the subject parcel was zoned for multi-family usage. Question: since 1980, the year of purchase, has NCH ever changed the zoning, or has any zoning change ever been requested, but not achieved? Answer: An application for a zoning change on the property has not been submitted to the Planning Department to the best of my recollection, and during a search through past records, I was unable to locate a request to rezone the property.
