PD196-NR020418 T H E C I T Y 0 F COPP-EL£ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of April, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-196, Valley Ranch Baptist Church, zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-196-LI (Planned Development-196-Light Industrial) to allow an approximately 43,000 square-foot building addition and the expansion of the parking lot to include 392 additional spaces on approximately 7.5 acres of property located at 1501 Belt Line Road, east of MacArthur Blvd., at the request of Brockett, Davis and Drake Consulting Engineers. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
