Dear Taryon:
Pursuant to your request, I am sending you the enclosed Fourth Amendment to
the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Villages
of Coppell, Phase I. The Villages of Coppell, Phase II will not have a
separate homeowners' association, but will be included in the homeowners'
association previously established for Villages of Coppell, Phase I. I am
currently in the process of having this document executed and recorded and
will send you a copy of the recorded document prior to February 9, 1988.
For your reference, I am also enclosing a copy of the recorded "Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Lakes of Coppell", and a
copy of the recorded "Declaration of Covenants, Conditons and Restrictions
for the Villages of CoDDell, Phase I" with amendments. Please call me if
