GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Applicant is requesting final plat approval for the
construction of 84 - Single family zero lot line homes on 15.570 acres. Applicant's
final plat was denied by Council without predudice. Applicant was requested by
Councilman Dale Ware to construct alleys on rear yards of lots that are adjacent
to the lakes located within the Lakes of Coppell Subdivision.
