Please be advised that we have been provided an amended Declaration of
Covenants and Restrictions with regard to the Trinity Shores Development within the
City of Coppell, Texas. After reviewing the same we are prepared to approve the
Declaration of Covenants and g. estfictions within the parameters of the Ordinance
concerning the "common areas" within the subdivision.
We will forward a copy of this letter to Matthew H. Marchant, President of
HOBART DEVELOPMENT at his address. Please provide a complete copy of the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for our files upon receipt of the same.
