TRANSPORTATION:
MacArthur Boulevard is an improved P6D, six-lane divided
thorou§hfare in 110' of right-of-way: Beltline Road, to the
north, is designated as a P6D, but currently is only an
asphalt, two-lane road contained within a 120' right-of-way.

ANALYSIS:
The replat of these three parcels is undertaken to assist
the restaurant user on Pad G [Wendy's} develop that site,
yet provide fire lane easements to protect development.
Staff recommends approval of this replat provided a fire
lane turn around is constructed in the area of Pad E.

1) Approve the replat
2) Deny the replat
3) Modify the replat
