line coDies of the reDlat, all of whichhave been executed andnotarlzed
by all aDDroDriateDarties other than the City of CoDDell. It~as sug-
gested that I might send these drawings to you and that you could assist
us in receiving the rec~ired signatures frcm thevarious individuals at
the City of CopDell.
Additionally, I am not familiar with the ftling process, onoethese
documents have been executed by the a~groDriate Darties at the City. If
the City tyDically takes care of the filing ofthedocuments, I would
appreciate their doing so, but if not, I would request that you Dlease
call Ricky Ferguson of DunawayAssociates (817/429-2135) and hewlll Dick
u~ the drawings and see that they are aDD~riately filed.
