GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The owner is proposing to construct a sixty-four (64) lot subdivision on
16.75 acres of land. The present zoning is SF-O. There has been no
zoning change request.
REMARKS
The preliminary plat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission
on July 18, 1985 and by the City Council, with no stipulations, on
August 13, 1985; therefore, unless the applicant has made changes to the
previous plat or plans, there are no additional comments required.
STAFF EVALUATION
We would recommend, at this time, that the Commission recommend approval
of this plat.
