Four (4) sets of complete construction plans with final
plats.
Twenty-two (22) sets of the final plat of Section III
and an 8-1/2" x 11" reduction of the plat.
Receipt indicating all taxes have been paid.
Check for plat filing fee in the amount of $1,780.00
($500 plus $20 for 64 residential lots).
These plans and plats are submitted at this time in order for
the plat to be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission on
July 18, 1985. Please confirm the date the plat will be reviewed
by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
