Dear Mr.-McCarver:
Reference your submittal of October 18, 1985, regarding minor
revisions to Lots 11 and 12, Block 6 and Lots 27, 28, 29, and
30 of Block 5.
Since this is a revision to a previously approved final plat,
the City staff recommends that you should replat the property
and present it to P & Z and City Council as a PRELIMINARY/
FINAL PLAT APPROVAL.
The next P & Z meeting will be December 19, 1985.' Deadline
for application is 12:00 noon on November 18, 1985. Please
contact Mr. Vivyon Bowman at City Hall for applications and
payment of fees.
