Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 June 23, 1992 Mr. Craig Curry The Nelson Corporation 5999 Summerside Drive Suite #202 Dallas, Texas 75252 RE: VILLAGE @ COTTONWOOD CREEK, SECTION IV - REPLAT Dear Mr. Curry: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a replat of Village @ Cottonwood Creek, Section IV, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 18, 1992, with the following conditions: 1) conditions of the staff recommendation will be included on the plat, which include: a) that there be a 6' masonry wall along Parkway Boulevard, b) landscaping be included on all cul-de-sacs, c) landscaping be included along the Parkway, d) wooden screening fence be built along Minyard Drive, e) 1800 square foot minimum house size on~ area basically zoned SF-7, 2000 square foot on area zoned .SF-~, and 2200 on the lots abutting the flood way, f) homeowners association be formed to maintain all common areas, and §) that the two additional easements being recommended by the City Engineer be included on the plat prior to being presented to the City Council The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 14, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
