Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Easement Abandonment - Villages of Coppell II - Lots 18-20 Block E Dear Taryon: I have reviewed the above lots in question and have found that GTE does have facilities located within the granted easement. In order to work with the home owners in this area we have no objection to your granting abandonment of the access easement. However GTE must retain a utility easement across these lots as originally indicated on the filed final plat for this addition. We have no objection to the home owners leaving the fence as is, however they need to be aware that this is an utility easement, and should GTE need to repair and /or replace any portion of this cable GTE will remove said fences, and any other obstructions which prohibit us in the replacement or repair of the facilities.
