Beltline Road Suite 1178 Carrollton, Texas 75006 RE: REPLAT OF VILLAGES OF COPPELL, PHASE II, BLOCK E, LOTS 11, 18, 19, and 20 Dear Mr. Rowell: This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a replat of Villages of Coppell, Phase II, Block E, Lots 11, 18, 19 and 20, was approved by the Coppell City Council on June 11, 1991. The Council followed the recommendation of the Planning Commission and granted abandonment of the common access easement, but retention of the 15' utility easement. In addition, the relocation of fences recommendation was followed by Council. It is anticipated that the fence relocation will occur within the next 30 days. If this cannot be accomplished, you need to contact Travis Crump, Building Inspector, at 462-9010. Texas 75019 214 - 462 - 0022 FILING OF EXECUTED FINAL PLAT PROCEDURES Following approval of the final plat by the City Council, and correction of the plat as required by the City Council, the inforr~ation listed below must be completed prior to submission of the Final Executed Plat to the Planning Department. [] Original signatures on ali plats. printed below each signature. Names must be typed or FI Sigr, ature block of Utility Companies, with original signatures of each representative. [] Eight (8) paper copies and two (2) r0ylars. Paper copies must be folded. You may submit additional copies for your use; however, the a~ove mentioned amount must be returned to the City. [] Clear film positives. 1 each; I" = 600' and 1" =200'. This requiremer, t is for plats larger that, ~-0 acres only. [] Three (3) 8 1/2" x 11" sheet size, reduced copies. [] Transmittal letter, including r, ame and telephone nu~0ber of contact person. [] Ali blank spaces completed, with the exception of tne signatures of City Officials. When the ir, formation listed above is complete~ submit eight (8) bluelines, two (2) mylars, clear film positives and atrar, smittai letter t,-, the Planning Department. It will take a~proximately 3 - 5 weeks, to review and obtain signatures. Once the proper signatures have been obtained, the Planning Department wii 1 telephone the person listed as representative or contact to pick- up the plats. The representative shall submit filing fees and the required number of copies with the County Clerk. The developer completes the filing process and returns the required number of filed copies to the Planning Department. Said copies shall show on each sheet, the volume and page of the Map and Plat Records into which the plat was filed by the County Clerk. If the final plat has not been submitted for signatures by City Officials within six (6) months after approval by the City Council, the plat shall be deemed null and void, resubmittal shall be required, and current subdivision regulations shall apply.
