Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 May 9, 1990 Mr. Pat Atkins Don Tipton Engineers 6330 Beltline Road Garland, Texas 75043 RE: VILLAGES OF COPPELL, PHASE III - PRELIMINARY PLAT Dear Pat, This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a preliminary plat, for the Villages of Coppell, Phase III, was approved by the Coppell City Council on May 8, 1990, with the following conditions: 1) appropriate screening and barrier between the alley easement and DeForest Road on the north side of the property, 2) allow alleys to be placed as indicated on the plat, and 3) permit minimum street centerline radius to be less than 425 feet to allow for the placement of Brentwood Drive, 4) provision of an access easement on Lot 1 at the southeast intersection of Brentwood Drive and Allen Road.
