A review within Lone Star Gas Company has been completed of your
February 2~ 1993 requeat/~e~o concerning ~he referenced development.
Construction restrictions are as follows:
1. Water main crossing - Ok. (18 inches minimum clearance in all
directions).
2. Street pavement c~ossingg - Ok. (36 inches minl~%um c~earance
between bottom of pavement and top of gas line).
3. No dstails of stor~ sewer inlet grades w~re provided, therefore, a
minimum of 18 inches clearance in all directions mus~ be maintained.
4. Sidewalk cannot ~e in~ide the easement0
5. Landscaping~
a. Screen fence canno~ ~e inside the easement.
b. Entry feature cannot be inside the easement.
c. Irrigation - Ok (18 inches minimum clearance).
d. Ornamental trees - must be 10 feet from ~as line.
6. Other utility cro~sln~s - Ok. (18 inches minim~:u clearance).
Please note that Lone Star Gas Company is not responsible for any damage
tha~ may occur to irrigation and land~capin~ as a result of operation and
maintenance on the ~as line.
