RE: Case #gC-547 - goning Designation from (SF-12) to
Commercial
Dear Ms. Austin:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of an
ordinance, to change the zoning designation from (SF-12) to (C)
Commercial on a parcel of land located at the northeast corner of
Sandy Lake Road and Moore Road , was adopted by the Coppell City
Council on June 22, 1993, with the following conditions:
1) There will be a twenty-five foot right-of-way dedication
on Sandy Lake Road.
2) There will be a right-of-way dedication on Moore Road.
Based upon your request for further clarification of my June 23
letter, the following additional information is submitted.
Although it is acknowledged that these conditions will be
formally recognized upon final plat consideration and review,
they were discussed during the zoning process hearings and are
so noted here.
