Note that this final plat will have to be approved by City Council.
Revise signature blocks (see attachment).
Place a note on the face of the plat indicating this subdivision's proximity to the DFW
International Airport and subsequent airplane noise.
Under the title block, the number of lots should read "59 Residential Lots + 1 Retail
Lot".
Correct street names on Landscape Plan:
a) Portion of Coppell Road, along the southeast property line is now Sandy
Lake Road.
b) Bricknell Lane is Eastwick Lane.
c) Eastwick Lane as shown on Landscape Plan should be changed to Bricknell
Drive.
Show on Plat the median at Bricknell I.atne and Sandy Lake Road entrance, as well as,
the median at the Eastwick Drive and Coppell Road entrance.
The Landscape Plan must be signed and sealed by a Landscape Architect or a bonafide
nurseryman.
Provide an signed and sealed Irrigation Plan.
Adjacent zoning and property owners on Landscape Plan are incorrect. Change
Cistercian Monastry, Retail zoning reference to The Woodlands, PD-135R-SF-12 zoning
reference.
Correct on Landscape Plan the lot and block number of the Retail site to match the Final
Plat.
Show type and quantity of planting material to be used at entrance medians.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should
not be followed when you attend the August 1, 1996 Development Review Committee (DRC)
meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 1st DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for
the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August 6th to resubmit twenty-eight (28) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
