Attn: Mr. Pat Atldns 6330 Belt Line Road Garland TX 75043 RE: Villaee at Cottonwood Creek, Section V, F'mal Plant Gentlemen: This letter is to inform you that, in action taken on Thursday, August 15, 1996, the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the final plat referenced above, subject to engineering comments and compliance with the following conditions: 1) Correct zoning reference on Village at Cottonwood Creek, Section III, from "SF-0" to "PD-147"; 2) Correct zoning reference on Village at Cottonwood Creek, Section I, from "PD-SF-9" to "SF-9"; 3) Screening wall along Minyard Drive is required to block rear yard views; 4) Add a signature block for Lone Star Pipeline under the Utility Certificate signature block; and 5) Submit elevations for any proposed attached subdivision entry sign. A copy of engineering comments is attached. The date scheduled for consideration by the City Council is Tuesday, September 10, 1996, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting.
