Street names need to be changed. * Change Wrotham Drive to Layton.
* Change Thurnham its phonetically difficult to pronounce.
* Change Parkhurst its similar to an existing street named Parkcrest.
Submit a Home Owners Association prior to plat approval.
Can a residential unit be built on Lot 1, Block D?
Indicate on the plat the location of the Hike & Bike Trail.
Make a notation on the face of the plat regarding a 6 foot solid masonry wall along
Parkway Blvd.
Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant and the marked up blue line
prints can be picked up at City Hall or if requested will be sent by mail.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations
or provide reasons why our comments should not be followed when you attend the
November 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring a new set of plats and revised plans to the November 3rd
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision.
An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 8th to resubmit twenty-six (26)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies and one (1)
transparency of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
