Texas 75019 214-462-0022 Jim Sowell Company 3131 McKinney, Ste. 200 Dallas, TX 75204 RE: Village of Cottonwood Creek, Section VI, Final Plat Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Village of Cottonwood Creek, Section VI, Final Plat, located east of Coppell Road, north of Parkway Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, December 13, 1994, with the following conditions: Construction/Engineering plans which show adequate drainage need to be provided; All required fees must be paid or satisfied prior to the Mayor executing the Final Plan and its recordation, and All information concerning this site will be required to be submitted to the City on computer diskette compatible with the City's computer system. No construction may begin until the final plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this final plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the final plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to June 13, 1995, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
