RE: Village of Cottonwood Creek, Section VI, Final Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Village of Cottonwood Creek, Section
VI, Replat, located east of Coppell Road, north of Parkway Boulevard, was recommended by
the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, November 14, 1994, with the
following conditions:
A Developer's Agreement will be drafted by the City's legal staff and executed prior to
submission to City Council with regard to the following:
1. An off-site right-of-way will be required for the alley adjacent to Lots 29, 30 and
31 of Block A;
2. an off-site easement will be required for the discharge of your drainage
improvements adjacent to Lot 13, Block A; and
3. it appears that some type of slope easement will be required adjacent to Lots 13-
58, Block A.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 13,
1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case should be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
