An off-site right-of-way will be required for the alley adjacent to Lots 29, 30 and 31 of Block A; 2. an off-site easement will be required for the discharge of your drainage improvements adjacent to Lot 13, Block A; and 3. it appears that some type of slope easement will be required adjacent to Lots 13- 58, Block A. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 13, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case should be present at this meeting.
