Please find listed below the response to the DRC meeting of
Thursday April 12, 1990 and the review letter from Ginn, Inc. of
Thursday April 12, 1990:
I. PRELIMINARY PLAT:
A. We have shifted the title block to the right hand
corner.
B. Added variance request for minimum street center line
radius requirement.
C. We have identified the ownership of the common area
south of our property.
D. We have identified the loop road within our property
to be Cheshire Drive.
E. We have added visibility triangles at all
intersections.
F. Please find enclosed data pertaining to minimum street
center line radius of residential streets in other
municipalities.
II. PRELIMINARY WATER AND SEWER:
We will adhere to all sub-division
to the sanitary sewer.
