Fifteen (15) folded prints of the Preliminary Plat
Five (5) complete sets of Preliminary Engineering Plans
One (1) 8 1/2" x 11" reduction of the Prel. Plat
We are also requesting the following variances:
Request an alley waiver on the Southern property line,
of Lots 4 - 14, Block C.
All single family construction to be center lot loaded,
and to maintain a minimum of 10' separation between
structures. There will be a minimum of a 5' side yard
on interior lots.
It is our understanding this submittal will allow us to be on the
April 19, 1990, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting agenda.
