We are in receipt of your letter dated February 11, 1991 regarding
the above mentioned project, and offer the following comments.

platting stage for reduction in the minimum centerline street
radius of 425 feet. We are again formally requesting this
reduction at the final platting stage.
We will meet the current City of Coppell drainage design
requirements.
We have provided an Offsite Drainage Area Map.

All design will comply with existing floodplain ordinance
