We have previously received a variance at the preliminary platting stage for reduction in the minimum centerline street radius of 425 feet. We are again formally requesting this reduction at the final platting stage. We will meet the current City of Coppell drainage design requirements. We have provided an Offsite Drainage Area Map. We have provided an Offsite Drainage Area Map. Erosion control plans will be provided. Not Applicable All design will comply with existing floodplain ordinance requirements. Development fees will be paid. City mark-ups have been received and all changes are currently being made to accommodate for the City of Coppell subdivision design requirements.
