Dear Mr. Bowman:
Please accept this letter as our request to correct the dimensions for the drainage easements
located along the common lot line of Villages of Coppell IV A.
The filed subdivision plat shows dimensions of 5 feet on both lots. Said easements should be
dimensioned 3 feet off Lot 5 and 7 feet off Lot 4. Please see enclosed sketch.
We request the City handle this matter in an expedient manner. Please advise our office as to
how we can help.

CORRECTION OF ERROR
REFERENCE is made to the Plat of VILLAGES OF COPPELL, PHASE IV A,
COPPELL, TEXAS, an addition to the City of Coppell, Texas as
recorded in Volume 91156 at Page 1148 of the Deed Records of Dallas
County, Texas.
BECAUSE OF AN ERROR, the following correction should be made to said plat:
A drainage easement located on Lot 5, Block A is dimensioned 5 feet
wide, whereas said dimension shall be corrected to 3 feet.
A drainage easement located on Lot 4, Block A is dimensioned 5 feet
wide, whereas said dimension shall be corrected to 7 feet.
