Dear .~amie:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Village at Cottonwood Creek,
Section VI, Repht of Lot 4, Block D, to remove the building lines of Lot 4, Block D, located
on the south side of Hardwick Court and along the north side of Parkway Boulevard, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, February 13, 1996. The following
conditions apply:
(1) An amended homeowners agreement must be submitted for City review; and
(2)
revise the utility signature block, eliminating Southwestern Bell and Denton
County from the signature block because they do not sign plats.
Please be advised that no construction may begin until this replat has been filed with the Dallas
County Plat Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months. If it has
not been submitted to the Planning ~ent prior to August 13, 1996, the replat shall be
deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the
requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats
