Our proposal utilizes lot 4-Block D within the development, which is located on Hardwick Court. The recreation center is to be a limited use facility for summer use only. The recreation center will consist of a 22, x 62' switmuing pool and pool decking. The bath house/pavilion is approximately$60 sq. ft. including the rest rooms, storage area and open air portion of the structure. The architectural style of the building would be complimentary to the existing brick and stone walls in the project. The trellis or sun shelter is approximately 240 sq. ft. and of timber style construction. The pool area is secured using a combination of double sided Cedar fencing 6'6" in height and wrought iron fencing 6'0" in height. Two gates are planned that will be locked with a code entry system and self closing mechanism. Three shielded direction lights will be provided on a photo cell for lighting the enclosed area. The pool will also have internal lighting on a photo cell. The pavilion will have recessed lighting in the open air portion and lighting in the bathrooms/storage area, all operated by switch. Of course, the detailed drawings for all proposed features will be submitted to the City for review and comment at a later date. In addition, the proposal includes significant landscaping and irrigation improvements. The Homeowners Association will be responsible for maintenance and ongoing operation of the facility.
