The Planning and Zoning Cmnmisslon of the City of ~ will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of a replat of Village at Co~onwood Creek, Section VI, Lots 19-36 and 45 & 46
at the request of Tipton Engineering, Inc., to addan utility easement strip between Lots 19 &
29, a street between Lo~ 26 & 27, and to chan~e the alley configuration between Lots 34 & 35
and Lots 45 & 46, on ~ generally described as follows: at the inu~ection of Graywood
Lane and Pedmore Drive. All in~d citizens of tl~ City of Coppell and other parties of
interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the
