The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 9th day of
May, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppeil Town Center, for consideration of a replat of Village
at Cottonwood Creek, Section VI, Lots 19-36 and 45 & 46 at the request of Tipton Engineering,
Inc., to add an utility easement strip between Lots 19 & 29, a street between Lots 26 & 27, and
to change the alley configuration between Lots 34 & 35 and Lots 45 & 46, on property generally
described as follows: at the intersection of Graywood lane and Pedmore Drive. All interested
citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning the proposed replat request by letter addressed to the City
of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
