Dear Mr. Warren:
This letter is to inform you that the (Secondary) Final Plat for Warren Crossing located at the
northwest comer of Beverly Drive and Warren Crossing, at the request of Winklemann &
Associates was approved by the Coppell City Council on December 14, 1993. The following
conditions apply:
the drainage easement should be a minimum of 50 feet wide (show as Warren
Court) to allow for a street in the future, and
all garages must be side entry, as volunteered by the applicant.
