Dear Mr. Warren:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a (secondary) final plat was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
November 18, 1993, with the following conditions:
the drainage easement should be a minimum of 50 feet wide to allow for a street
in the future, and
all garages must be side entry.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 14,
1993, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
