1. North arrow and scale should be shown.
2. List the lots where the alley variance was granted.
3. Some type of turn around for fire access should be provided at the end of Woodridge
Drive. Also, consideration needs to be given to connecting the alley between Trail Ridge
and Woodridge to one of the streets to eliminate the deadend.
4. The median in the round-about of Woodridge Drive should be shown and labeled as a
common area.
5. Corner clips should be provided on Lots 22, 38 & 39, Block E.
