COMMENT STATUS:
INITIAL
The builder will be responsible to build a twelve foot wide concrete hike/bike trail on the
property of the Denton County Levee District #1. It shall be the sole responsibility of the
developer to secure an agreement in writing with the Denton County Levee District #1
allowing this twelve foot wide hike/bike trail to be constructed on Denton County Levee
District #1 property as per our agreement. The developer will be responsible to absorb all
costs associated with the construction of the twelve foot wide hike/bike trail.
