This letter is to inform you that, in action taken on Thursday, August 15, 1996, the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat referenced
above, subject to engineering comments. A copy of the engineering comments is attached.
The date scheduled for consideration by the City Council is Tuesday, September 10, 1996, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application.
