65 residential lots of the proposed ll3-lot residential subdi~on,
located along the south side of Spur 555 (also known as Vista Ridge
Blvd.) east of Denton Tap Road, and north of Denton Creek, at the
request of Carter & Burgess, Inc.

1. List the lots for the alley variances granted.
2. The area east of Forest Hill Drive should be labeled as a common area and maintained
by the Homeowner's Association.
3. The line running along the east side of Lots 1-23, Block P should be better labeled. It
appears to be an extension of the Levee District.
4. The Dallas/Denton County line should be shown along the north edge of the plat.
5. Please provide information of what can be constructed in the Levee District. It appears
houses, fences, pools, etc. will be constructed in it.
