located on the northwest comer of Parkway Boulevard and Denton Tap Road. This property
is zoned Town Center, therefore, is subject to review by the Architectural Review Board.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will be considering the Walgreens, Preliminary Plat on
March 20, 1997. Please notify us by March 12th, if the building meets the Board's architectural
standards.
