The Leisure Services Department has reviewed the above referenced development
and has the following comments.
If this project is to disturb center median, please contact Leisure Services
Department, Superintendent, prior to dispatch at 304-3554. There will be existing
ir~gation, trees, and turf that will be impacted during construction.
The developer should be aware that the southern and eastern portion of this
development is impacted by the City of Coppell Hike and Bike ~ Master Plan
where east-west, on-road bike trail BR-60 runs along Parkway Blvd on the
southern border of this property and north-south bike trail BR-45 runs along
Denton Tap Road. The developer may be required to provide additional right-of-
way to allow for this trail.
