As Assistant Planning Director I am authorized and empowered by the City of Coppell to verify
that the property within the Walgreens Addition, as recorded in Volume 97126, Page 5854, of the
Map Records of Dallas County, Texas, is in the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Coppell and in
the Town Center District as described in the City's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. This
district permits drug stores, pharmacies, and general retail sales, as well as film developing and
printing.
On April 18, 1997, the Coppell City Council approved the site plan for the improvements now in
place at this location. Furthermore, in issuing the building permit and certificate of occupancy
the City has acknowledged that the property and its improvements are in compliance with all
zoning codes, rules and regulations currently applicable.
