This letter is to inform you that your MF-2 and C property (approximately 35 acres), located
south of Sandy Lake Road, on the east side of Coppell Road and extending eastward beyond
Whispering Hills Road, was recommended to be rezoned to SF-7 (Single Family-7) by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, March 14, 1994.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 12, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m.
