Dear Tim,
This letter is to inform you that you request for approval of a
final plat for the Waters Edge Addition, was approved by the City
Council on Tuesday, August 11, 1992, with the following
conditions:

Off-site drainage easement be provided south of Lots
20-24, Block B,
Alley adjacent to 15' landscape, screening wall along
MacArthur should be constructed adjacent to the wall
with no green space,
Sidewalks along MacArthur be constructed with
infrastructure improvements,
Finished floor elevations be shown along canal.
Please have your engineer prepare this pl-at for final execution
prior to February 11, 1993, or the plat will expire after six
months.
