Dear Mr. Anderson:
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-51, approving the
change in zoning from MF-2 (Multi-Family-2) and C (Commercial) to SF-7
(Single Family-7) on the 40.12 acre tract of land located south of Sandy Lake
Road on the east side of Coppell Road and extending eastward beyond
Whispering Hills Road.
This Ordinance was approved by the City Council at its April 12th meeting, and
it has been signed by the Mayor.
