The following conditions apply: 1. Fees will be determined after the change; 2. landscaping and irrigation modifications might need to be made through coordination with our Parks staff prior to construction; and 3. indication of a water line to be installed in the right-of-way south to north of Denton Tap Road (actually on Lot 1, Block A where the Sonic is being constructed) needs to be recognized.
