Dear Larry,
As you requested, please find enclosed the original documents for the abandonment of a 5'
public utility easement for Waterside Estates. All of the necessary signatures have been
secured and I will place this item on the May 25, 1993, City Council agenda for
consideration of approval. Please prepare this document in ordinance form and remm to my
attention, prior to the next staff meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 1993.
