Waterside Estates Addition, Phase II Preliminary Plat
Our review comments and mark-ups from the DRC meeting of August 29, 1991,
were not picked up by Dan M. Dowdey & Associates. Therefore, we have not
received revised plans addressing our review.
Items to be resolved prior to acceptance of this preliminary plat & plan
include:
- Alley variance required
- All proposed and existing easements are to be shown on
the plat
- Two separate areas within the plat are not labeled or
otherwise identified
- Waterline sizes are not indicated
- Additional valves required
- "Ce factor for drainage design criteria to be 0.6
- Storm drainage sizes to be confirmed during final plan
review
