RE: WATERSIDE ESTATES, PHASE II PRELIMINARY PLAT
Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Waterside Estates Addition, Phase II, was approved by
the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 9, 1991, with the following
conditions:

that the alley be moved from between lots 27 and 28, to
between lots 20 and 21, and that an alley be put in along
Lot 35, Block D;
that 50% of the houses which back up to Greentree and
Meadowglen Circle be single story homes, and that 25% of
the houses over all be single story;
that there be a 2100 square foot minimum house size;
that an alley be placed in Block E;
that an alley be placed in Block A, along Lots 1 through 6;
that a landscaping plan be submitted for staff review prior
to final plat approval;
that a that a disclosure statement on the Lakes of Coppell
Homeowners Association be provided; and
that the canal wrought iron screening requirement be met.
