Dear John:
I received a copy of your comments on the above. The
engineer, Nathan Maier, Inc. will address all the items
except for number three and nine.
3) The preliminary plat for all of Waterside Estates was
approved with the street radius being used on the Final Plat.
If a variance is needed in order for the plat to be in
compliance, then a variance is requested.
9) The horizontal curves in sanitary sewers are necessary to
avoid having sewer lines on private property. It is my
understanding that something less than the 750 foot radius is
allowed and our engineer has discussed this with you. If a
variance is needed, then consider this as a request for the
variance.
