RE: Waterside Estates #3, Final Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Waterside Estates No. 3 Addition, Final
Plat, located at the northwest comer of the intersection of Parkway Boulevard and MacArthur
Boulevard was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June
16, 1994. The following conditions apply:

Common areas must be identified on the Plat;
wall and landscape easement along Parkway Boulevard to be a minimum of 15
feet;
consideration of moving drainage easement from between Lots 14 and 15, Block
G, to between Lots 13 and 14 which would allow more buildable area on Lot 15,
and
5-foot fencing is required adjacent to the canal.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 12, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application.
