This letter is to inform you that the preliminary plat (resubmittal) for Waterside Addition, Phase
III, located at the northwest comer of MacArthur Boulevard and Parkway Boulevard, at the
request of Dowdey Anderson and Associates was approved by the Coppell City Council on
December 14, 1993. The following conditions apply:

Variance for the deletion of alleys for lots 1-15, Block G.
Variance to allow a cul-de-sac length of more than 600 feet.
